PERFECT VEGGIE BURGERS

Walnut and Garbanzo Burgers



INGREDIENTS
1 cup walnuts
3/4 cup garbanzo beans, plus 4T of the aquafaba (you can use 1 egg instead of the aquafaba if you eat eggs)

1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
1T Grill Seasoning (I made my own with ground dried shitake mushrooms, salt, pepper, onion powder, chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, mustard powder, and poultry seasoning)
1T smoked paprika
1T olive oil
1T cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in the food processor and blend until just blended but still a bit chunky. Form into four 3/4" thick patties with wet hands. Fry for 4 minutes on first side 2 minutes on second side until petroglyphs appear.
